Edit the automatic zooms.

Smart Focus watches where you click and creates zooms after the take. Every zoom stays editable on the timeline.

How to work with zoom blocks

1

Review the pass

Play the take. Zooms ride your clicks: the view pushes in where you worked and pulls back when you move on.

2

Adjust a block

Select a zoom block on the timeline to change its level, timing, duration, and focus point.

3

Add or remove

Use Add zoom to focus a moment the app skipped, or delete a block where the full frame works better.

Why add zooms after recording instead of live?

Live zoom tools commit you to whatever happened during the take. Autocuts decides nothing final at record time: the zooms are generated afterwards as editable blocks, so a wrong guess costs one click instead of a retake. The automatic zoom page covers the feature in depth.

Do zooms work with cursor effects?

Yes, and they are designed together. The zoom carries the viewer to the action while the redrawn cursor keeps the pointer readable inside the zoomed view.

Your clicks direct the camera.

Download Autocuts and let the zooms land where the work happens.
